Pre-Construction Planning
First we will give you a tour of our Technology ShowhomeTM and give you an education on everything we have to offer. After taking some time to absorb all the information you receive at the first meeting, we will have a second meeting in our conference room where we will go over your floor plans room by room. There are two ways to approach the second meeting: either leave a set of plans with us at the first meeting and we will have them ready to go with our recommendations based on the discussions we had, or we can sit down with the floor plans and make selections together. |
